Our Story

Welcome to the Herb n'sage restaurant. As our name suggests we are passionate about flavor and we like to adopt the wise sage philosophy on eating when planning our menu.

We have been serving in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. Over the years we have seen a troublesome trend emerging in our industry. As the demand for grab and go meals grew so did the availability of heat and serve products made for restaurants.

At the Herb n'sage we are committed to using fresh ingredients and preparing many of the items from scratch. Fresh soups are made daily as are our sauces and marinades. Choice cuts meats are hand trimmed and marinated overnight for maximum flavor.

Each meal contains many fresh herbs to enhance the flavor so we can minimize the use of salt.

Our menu is a blend of traditional favorites as well as exotic flavors for the more adventurous palate. If vegetarian  is your choice then you'll find plenty of meatless options on the Herb n'sage menu.

We are able to accommodate special diets for you or your guests if you call ahead and make arrangements with our kitchen staff.
